A four egg cheese omelette, buttered eggs, (scrambled using butter, as in swallows and amazons) egg mayonnaise salad, or in sarnies with home grown cress.
pop a whisked egg or two in your macaroni cheese, sprinkle some cheddar on top, and bake it in the oven untill golden and bubbly with crunchy edges... (the best bit IMHO.)
Lemon curd is easy, but takes time to make. You'll never buy sickly over sweetened shop crap again! It's wonderfully tangy and can be used as cake filling or on pancakes too. But it won't last so long, it needs using up fairly quickly and storing in the fridge, as there are no preservatives like the shop stuff...but it won't last long anyway. A jar got eaten in my house inside a week.
