From what I remember of the discussion, the best solution to the lack of stove, was to modify a second dutch mug to use as a stove. Mug sits in stove, USGI/ Nalgene water bottle sits in mug and all fit in the US pouch.
There is a folding Esbit one, pretty much like the German one (might be the same).
If you are going with solid fuel then the little fold up Ti ones are quite stable and are tiny. Sits inside the small Wildo foldacup.
And then use heavy Alu foil as a wind screen.
I’m not sure if the Belgian army stove will stack 100%. Next thing to try!
The knock off miltec USGI stoves bend really easily but for the money you are better off cutting one from a can or similar if you want something that stacks snug.

I'm asking for a Dutch set, because I have some Dutch canisters and mugs, I don't see why I need to search for a USGI one?
If there exists a stove and a lid for it?

I used one before there was such a thing as a British metal mug. We all did because they were easier to get that the US version 1980’s and before. Excellent quality
The Dutch mugs you mean? yes they are good, but how did you use them? together with the British canteen?

? I don't see where? mine are the Dutch model with the canvas cover with the brass hooks to hook on a M-37 canvas belt with all the eyelets.

We did fit the mug in the 58 pattern pouch but on the top of the bottle with a push, no, not the best fit but pouches did close
I quite like the Dutch system , cup is more compact and in all the whole system I think from my personal experience is more packable and I like the choice between the two different size canteens eg 1ltr when carrying a pack and the old smaller green one fits in a pockets
I bought a Dutch mug,(no lid,)easy to make one though,and a Dutch canteen from Forces Uniform and Kit.12 quid.
I had no such luck, as I tried that once, but those steel mugs are so damn tough that I ruined my grinder.
But I must damit that it was a) an original cold war(1980's mug and b) a dremelgrinder.
I have said mug with an extra lid inside my Swedish cookset. Fits like a glove.
