Hi mate
The best way to dry `shrooms are to cut them into slices about 2 - 4mm thick and then air dry them somewhere warm. This could be an airing cupboard or a window sill for example, failing that they can be dried in a very low oven with the door slightly open.

I dry mine a cooling rack above the wood stove.
I've had success on the radiator as well. You can even dry them in the microwave (set in on low power and just keep checking)
I've also "sundried" them on the car dashboard.

Thread them on some linen thread in a long line like tinsel and then put loops in the threat at each end then use drawing pins at each end to pin the thread horizontally over the radiator or fire and they will soon dry.
