Dry Pancake mix

[TeeDee]

Anyone have a source for Dry premixed Pancake mix - not necessarily bulk bags but bulk type prices in hopefully presealed bags.

Maybe look for someone selling surplus shop stock....or get a Costco card ?

This company's worth keeping an occasional eye upon. Sometimes brilliant stuff at bargain prices.
Mind that Use by dates are not sell by dates.

I'm sure I saw the bags and bottles (ready to just add water and shake) in Home Bargains.
I know Sainsbury's do the bags for something like 75p though....bound to be somewhere cheaper.

55p in Tesco....It's just batter mix. If you want them sweet just add some sugar before baking.

If you don't mind waiting far a while there are usually loads of them available at a sale price the day after pancake day. That might not apply next year though if there are food shortages so it would be a bit of a gamble.
