Hi

I'm sure it must have been done but I've read/viewed a stack of handle making stuff and can't find it. When drilling scales for pins is it the norm to use a drill the same size as the pin, or oversize to allow for glue space?

thanks

Yes, drill the scales the same size as the pins. What i do is a small countersink on the side of the scale that will be glued.this gives it a bit extra to hold on if you get me..
