Do Water purification tablets work in hydration bladders?

Does the chlorine puri tabs work in camelback type hydration bladders or does it have to be a ridged type of container like a water bottle for the tablets to disperse themselves if you get me? Also if they do work in the bladders if for instance it's a 3 litre bladder do I just put 3 tabs in or do you have to do one litre at a time sort of thing?

They will work in bladders and you should add the correct amount (all three at once in your example). They do "go off" though so watch those sell by dates!

Just add a tablet per litre, the problem with using a bladder would be being able to shake it to disperse the tablet like you're meant to do with the bottle.

The Chlorine tablets give it a horrible taste though and it might be better and cheaper in the long run to invest in a filter if you can't run it though a filter bag (or clean sock) and boil it.
