Dehydrating food is very different from cooking, but it's just as important to set and use the correct temperature.
Most food dehydration guides seem to use Fahrenheit as their temperature scale and, as my machine is in Celsius and I've been back and forth making sure that I've set the dial correctly . To this end and using the temperature range on my own dehydrator as a guide, I made up the conversion chart below as an aid to keep in the kitchen.
