I'll try and describe it,though that may not be very descriptive LOL, mine are Excalibur ( all 6) and each hold 9 trays, the dont stack like the one in the pic, the front comes of and you load the trays in on shelves,the fan is at the back with an element behind it so it blows the hot air straight at whatever your drying,the element doesnt stay on but comes on regularly and the fan is quite strong but then the heat from the element is intense,it will dry thinly sliced jerky in about 6 hours.
