Yum, yum... I've never had deer jerky, I bet it is amazing! Where did you find the deer? Did you hunt it or buy it?

hunting! it this is from the wifes 1st ever deer she shot this year...

And I have to say very tasty well if your ever out this way give us a shout Mongo!

That looks lovely - have got eh teaste for jerky now as have recently made my first batch (beef) and have been pestering my old man for some deer to try and make some of this!
