Decisions, decisions (again)

The same dilemma again - The thing I find hardest in knifemaking...

A different knife though.

I know what bolster I'm using and have a plan for the shape but the rest I can't decide right now.

Maybe a few bits of birch bark, Kingwood, more bark then more Kingwood?
Maybe just a simple block attached.
Maybe lots of leather discs (or tufnol discs!) with some more wood at the end.

I just don't know!

Birch bark! Kingwood! YEAHBABY!

African blackwood then a waffer thin mint (Monsieur) of nickel silver then some purply hued Kingwood (my favourite) finished in a peened cap of wrought or mascus, something to pick up the blade?!!
