Decent bushcraft stores in and around Manchester/Stockport/Denton?

Driving Mother-in-law home this weekend - thought I might as well check
out the local stores! So can anyone recommend anywhere decent -
Army surplus etc?

Where abouts is Tamarack in Preston? The closest I can find is up in Barnacre - a good 10 miles out. Do Tamarack have a store in Preston or are you referring to the shop/HQ in Barnacre?
