I got a big parachute tarp off of them for the BushMoot, it was the big one we put up outside reception. It had a small hole and a little run on a different panel. I thought i'd messaged them when i first saw it when we had it up, but then found the email in my drafts folder a few days ago. I thought it would be to late to say anything, Shelly told me to get on with it (as wives do!), so i dropped them a message and Mick replied straight away apologising and sent out a replacement and a returns label for the damaged one to go back.
Before this i'd got the impression they were a great company, you just get that feeling the people you're dealing with care, and it's personal to them that you're happy as a customer. With this return etc going so smoothly on top of that, I just wanted to give a call out to them and tell you all because they deserve it. Thanks Mick
