What process did you use to make the dandelion noodles?

Ah, so you used the roots, rather than the flower/petals?As you would for dandelion coffee - but ensure its blitzed to hell and back until super fine. add in to the dry mix of the Noodles. - I also added some Molasses and thought the flavour would add to it.
