LOL. Well at least neither party got hurt; I suspect that the hunter probably lost out on any deer with the bear scent in the ares though.

That's lovely.

I guess (from the bear's reaction when the hunter spoke), that the bear didn't know there was a human up there, and was just heading up for a snooze - they have pretty poor eyesight, don't they?

I don't really know about their eyesight. Interesting idea though, I think I'll have to research that.
