I made this spoon (my first) about a year ago from wood found in my inner city garden (no idea what it is!) and while it looks a bit rough and ready, and I have been reluctant to parade it, I have actually been eating my morning porridge, lunchtime soup and teatime stew with it for the last 12 months for I figured it's earned its own feature!

The crook knife sheath is something I've been pondering for some time. How to keep such an odd shaped but lethally sharp blade safe? Anyway, after a few attempts, I came up with this;

I'm sure it's an idea others have used before, but I came up with it all by myself. It's an old belt of mine with a double layer of leather stiched together (so the crook knife lies between the layers), which has been turned into this, a belt pouch for my SAK and a strop. Again, like the spoon, it's rough and ready but it seems to work ok.
Thanks for the inspiration from all of you - This is an amazing forum and your enthusiasm, friendliness and encouragement shines clearly.
