I just returned from my local Lidl store where is picked up a rather nice Crepe pan. Branded 'Nordic' its a heavy stainless steel pan, triple coated non stick with 'thermo-fix' base for even cooking and is 28cm wide with short sides.
This pan at £9.99 I think is good value and will make a great brekkie pan for two/three people. You can unscrew the handle but to be honest I'll cut off the handle stub and use a Trangia pot gripper (yes, I'll loose some non stick from the top edge but that won't affect the base). I'm looking forward to using it the weekend
