I imagine it could work quite well in a lot of activities, canoeing springs to mind as you wouldn't necessarily be bothered about the weight and bulk.

Looks good in theory. Id want those ankle cables running much closer to my legs though. The chances of snagging, trips and falls etc looks probable but im sure it could be routed differently

very interesting indeed saves on carry a lot of batteries for our military radios when out on patrols and the such like, wonder what would happen if they gave it to the paras to test it out whilst tabbing?
