Spent some time at the Pensacola Crawfish Festival yesterday with Barbara and the grandsons.
First we got 3 pounds of mudbugs and a vege side

And then on the way home we stopped at a Pensacola fish monger's topick up something for supper. I got four very large Tilapia fillets and Barbara baked them in butter, garlic, and pepper. Carson approved; he ate a whole fillet plus seconds on his veg.
