just as a stupid question: what is the piece of antler on the second photo supposed to be for and what stone did you use as a raw material to make your tools from?

dear forest dweler the second piece of antler is a knife hadle carved in the shape of bird and the tools are made out of flint novulite and dacite.

I like the bird knife handle. Has it got a blade on yet? And could we see a pic if it has?

By the way,is that a stone age carpet , if so, can we have a tutorial??

dear jojo the knife has a flint blade the my first 1 of many. im thinking of cutting the hadle in half and using one of my other blades. thanks for looking alex

How big is the knife and how did you fix the blade to the handle? I like these knives. One of these days, I'll have to make myself one! another thing to the list of must make soon
