Cornbread and Goat Jerky

That looks very nice. Bit early for goat, later in the Spring maybe. My local Asian/overseas supermarket sells it periodically, usually diced bones and all.
You get a lighter cornbread if you use self raising flour or add Bicarb of soda. I like putting sweet corn in it, and/or diced peppers/chilli flakes, and top it with sea salt crystals before baking.
