Converting a Tilley Lamp to Electric

Has anyone converted an old Tilley lamp to make an electric table lamp? If so what kit and instructions please.

Interesting idea, would probably work with batteries and an led too? Bringing old and new together, certainly the brightest light it will ever output!

I regularly convert the old military vapalux lamps to electric. Look really nice when the paints removed and polished up. Small bit of machining on a mini lathe and the bits from B&Q.
