This was a PLCE bergen side pocket I aqquired.
I was planning to make one of those old fashioned 58 pattern webbing poncho rolls, but in the end I converted this.
The strapping on the left goes round and is hung by 2 D rings from the belt frogs.
....you may also use the rucksack straps....
...and it still goes back on the bergen.
I spent a lot of time on this; but Id rather have something else.
Id swap for a pair of folding binoculars or a kelly kettle, or boots size 6
