I hope this an appropriate post in this section but i need some help.
My father in law very kindly dug out this from his shed and gave it too me
I believe its an issue machete from 1945 and as you can see it needs some love. I would like the blade cleaned up, resharpened, rehandled (preferably in buffalo horn) and a sheath made for it in dark brown.
Please PM me if you think you could do me a good job and give some idea of cost. I would prefer it to be done by one person rather than posting it off to two different makers. I know we have good knife makers and good leather makers, im just hoping we have some who can do both
