Hello,
I just bough te pocket book 'Food for Free' from collins second hand from amazon for about £4.

a>

Its really usefull for knowing what's available during each month as it has a little calendar in the front.

It alo goes through almost all of the most abundant edible plants in the UK and tells yu where and when it grows, what part to eat and how to cook it.

I think it's really good value for money and is worth having it on you when you're out and about. The size of the book is so small that you can fit it easily into a pocket or bag or something.

It's really really good :)
