I think this meet should be a more 'formal' meet as its the first and I don't want it to be the last! Ideally it could become an annual meet

Now when I say formal I don't mean shirt and ties but I can sell to the powers that be if the if there is a loose agenda to it.

I'm thinking number wise no more than 20 people as a safe number, who'd be interested in teaching/sharing some skills?

There hasn't been any mention of charges for camping and I'm pushing for it to be a freebie as it is a first meet at this location.
