The local fox is getting fat.

Before I consider domestic murder, has anyone any pleasing recipes for them?

Game stew and the like.

(Maybe it wont fit into his fussy diet, but I am more adaptable...)

Does he like omelettes? Nice mixed through one.
Is it fatty smoked meat like duck or is it something drier like pheasant?
You could makeep up a tureen or a layered game pie?
Mix with some cabbage/kale & some mashed tatties to make some nice smoked meat potato cakes?
Where do his tastes run to and what to avoid and I could mabey come up with some more specific recipes.

Mushrooms, garlic, onion, olive oil. Dash of soy or worcester sauce. Fry it all up. Serve with rice or mashed potato, and a green veg.

You could go Oriental and do pancakes. Little soy, sugar, spring onions, mushrooms & shredded carrots, rolled up in thin crepes/pancakes. Yum!

What about pan frying the meat with some onions. Cook a large Yorkshire punning. Serve the meat and onions in the middle of the Yorkshire pudding with gravy.

Since it's minced I'd suggest a chili.
