Chimney Flue Cleaning Kit

Please offer some sage advice woodburner owners.

I'll be cleaning out my 5" woodburner flue soon. Haven't purchased the kit yet. Could you advise what size brush I should get? Seem to come in 16" and 6".

It seems to make sense that the 6" is the one but in case I'm missing something would you mind clarifying my ignorance.

I've got an old toilet brush I use for mine

5" - use the correct size for the flue liner or you will damage it!

Just google "5" flue brush" - dozens of types out there
