I have attempted to change my email address using the Change Email address in my account settings. It asks for my existing email address but not my new email address. So I can't see how to change it. Advice please.
That makes perfect sense to me, and is something I was half expecting to happen. However, it didn't happen and my old email address is still active. I will give it another try to see if I get more success. I hope I can report success very soon.Are you responding to the email check that will be sent to your old email address.
I’ve just changed mine and back again. Each time an email confirmation request was sent to the previously established email address and I clicked it. The account email changed.
If your old email is no longer available to you then you might need to PM @Tony and ask for a sort out.
