cast iron kettle for £10.00

hi all i have just bought a cast iron kettle for a tenner
and need to restore it a little grubby inside and bit of rust
whats the best way of doing it would you recomend a small shot blast on low pressure then re oil it in the oven after or no

If you have the capability to media blast it then that will save a lot of hard graft... then bake it up with some oil as you said
