This is my "newest" knife. I got it from my uncle (payment for an old shotgun).
My uncle got it from a US marine when he was in the army in the mid 80`s.
The sheat was in bad shape (worn and full of mold) but the knife is still nice. I sharpened it and it got an razors edge. I washed the sheath with alcohol and treated it with mink oil. Got the worst smell of mold away .
Does anyone know if this model is still made, or if the model is discontinued, when this knife was made?

Did a quick google, couldn't find a thing on it except a couple eBay auctions, so I doubt it's being made any more, not that exact model anyway. Or my googling method is flawed, which is quite possible
Haven't found a date, I'm afraid.

EDIT: I take my last statement back! One of the auctions was in the category "Modern (1970 - now)" the other was "Vintage (Pre 1970)". Looks like it could be anywhere up to and over 36 years old.
