Canvas canoe pack plans?

Having had a bout of heart palpitations after looking at how much Duluth want for a canvas canoe pack I thought I would make one myself. I have had a look for some plans but have drawn a blank but recall someone making one on here a few years back but cant find it I did find a couple of posts but the pics have been removed, can anyone help please.

It's a straightforward business making up a basic pack-shaped sketch using the dims that manufacturers give for their packs. Add on seam allowances all round. Scrutinise pics on makers' sites & Google images for strap &pocket placements. Try it out on cheap fabric before committing the good stuff. Don't be afraid to ask for advice.

This 12oz waterproof canvas will make you a nice pack.

Fantastic Fabrics / C H Cross, who also trade as batya_1 on eBay. If you see something you fancy on their eBay listing but don't need the listed quantity, they will sell you a lesser quantity if you ring them.

Always a good idea to get a sample sent.
