I have just taken delivery of an ebay purchase of a North River Canoeist's fire piston from ebprimitives and I'm really chuffed. I bought a fire piston, again off ebay, which was hit and miss several months ago and posted here about getting a good ember material.
This one is spot on and comes with a tinder box and plenty of supplies. Ember material can be stoered in the lid so it will be used by me when canoeing.
