These are the mutts nuts mate ... there are a few sizes to choose from and they are excellent. You might be able to find cheaper or lighter (they are a bit heavy) but not better.
Example ... used by backpack as a float last year using these and it was bone dry inside!

Cascade Designs, those wonderful people behind the Therm-a-Rest and Platypus, make an excellent range of dry bags and liners. And cases. And pretty much anything else you might want in the keeping things dry line of business. I bought one a few years ago from YHA Adventure Shop in Brighton, so they are quite easily available in the UK.

Still use mine two purchased thirteen years ago for canoeing, slightly worn but dry.
However I have seen that strikeforce do ex wd some to fit bergans.
