More slightly spalted sycamore turnings from my pole lathe.

I find the curvy bottle shape quite pleasing to turn, and the end result is, to my eye, very nice to look at. Again, a superglue finish was used, for crack stabilization. I find poundland superglue to be more than adequate for this, and probably the cheapest too (three 7g bottles for a pound, and an unblocking pin too!)
The brass candle holders came from a quite hideous charity shop two branch candlestick. I think a pseudo-antique finish had been applied. I decided to polish this off. The holders screw onto an M10 stud that is tapped into the top of the wood - this means that they can be removed for cleaning.
