Hey all,

I thought it would be a good idea to get a definitive list of campsites that members recommend along with a list of wild camp areas.

So please add on below, doesn't matter how civilised or remote it is.

Very true they may be protective about their wild spots, but if one or two are not the bonus for everyone else.

Neither can I, tbh; those are places you pass on quietly to folks you get along with

There'll never be a definitive list either, I reckon.

What could be done would be a simple list of recommended campsites, like the links list.
One post per site sort of thing, don't add chat to the thread, keep it very straightforward ?

I was up at this place today. Stunning venue, really quiet, great area generally. I was there for a falconry day, which was superb.

I haven't camped there, but on the basis of today it certainly looks worth a try.
