CAMPSITES

Hey all,

I thought it would be a good idea to get a definitive list of campsites that members recommend along with a list of wild camp areas.

So please add on below, doesn't matter how civilised or remote it is.

Neither can I, tbh; those are places you pass on quietly to folks you get along with :)

There'll never be a definitive list either, I reckon.

What could be done would be a simple list of recommended campsites, like the links list.
One post per site sort of thing, don't add chat to the thread, keep it very straightforward ?

cheers,
Toddy

I was up at this place today. Stunning venue, really quiet, great area generally. I was there for a falconry day, which was superb.

I haven't camped there, but on the basis of today it certainly looks worth a try.

Okay, I've started a thread in Out and About called Recommended Campsites.
The aim is a simple list, so maybe keep this one for the chatter ?
