Hi Stephen,

Yes it's got the screw cap - the only difference I can see is the 'tab' on the adjustable plate isn't there so you rotate it by surface pressure alone.

I still can't quite work out how to extinguish it but I'll try it ourt over the wekend.
I want to try it at dusk to get a good idea of the flame pattern. I'll let you know if it's any good.

Remove the rubber ring from inside the cap and drop the cap over the burner to extinguish the flame, or just close the simmer ring if your using it

Put the cap on upside down and blow, it should go out. Or put a metal mug base on it and blow.
