Calling any tech types - in desperate need of a Web Developer

Only oblique relation to Bushcraft, but hoping you will indulge me as I am frankly getting desperate.

I need input/ advice from anyone who is hot on web site development. Possibly a professional, but may be fine with a keen techy geek - or quite likely any nine year old!
