Today saw the two boys and I on a short trip up the woods, which are full of bluebells, it's almost magical up there at the moment

Youngest got it going this time, per normal the boys take it in turns to get the fire going on our trips

General view of camp, i wanted to test a couple of things out with my hammock, i dont normally take it on day trips

The boys have a chill in my hammock, unbeknown to me, both of them took books to read

Eldest wanted to build a shelter/camp on this trip so just before lunch they boys made a tri pod up for a simple camp/shelter

Then they decided they were hungry, youngest surprised me by cooking the bacon up, first time i think he has ever voluntered to cook

Nice photos, there are a lot of bluebells out by me today as well as wild garlic. You will soon be able to sit back with your feet up if the lads keep doing all the work :)

Sounds like the boys were having the best of times :approve:
Way better for them than sitting in front of the goggle box or building up repetitive strain injuries in their thumbs.
