Hi everyone,
As well as running the tracking workshops on the Saturday I wondered if anyone would be interested in doing some yoga with me. I will be doing my own practice while I am there and would happily turn it into a class or two if there was any interest. I am planning to do a bit of experimenting with tuning into the different environments at the moot site. I thought I would practice in the woods, by the river and on the dunes.
I am a qualified instructor and I specialise in yoga and nature. I have found that yoga helps my tracking considerably in terms of being able to tune in etc. I will do some physical (Anusara style) yoga, some breathing and relaxation... who's up for it? :)

I fancy doing both the tracking and yoga, newbie to both. Will do it if it does not clash with my teaching sessions

Now there's a bushcrafter, lives in a swamp in a shelter whith a big fire, eats what he catches, carries hardly any kit, knows how to handel a blade (well light saber, which is close enough). He's a backwoods god, and I quote:

“Luke: What's in there?
Yoda: Only what you take with you.”

Is that good advice for any bush trip or what!
