On a kind of related topic; it would seem that in the consciousness of the adults and youngsters who came to our open day, Uncle Ray has been usurped by Mr.Bear.

Every time somebody mentioned fire lighting and how it is done, it was BG who got mentioned. I think it is Ray's shift back to his wildlife focus that means the connection between him and bushcraft hasn't been made. If I'd known those cake toppers existed I'd have given one to every sucessful fire starter!
