A word of warning for anyone in the UK intending to make some of the projects - we don't have Cow Parsnip (Heracleum lanatum - the basis of a few of the projects) in the UK; the closest we have is Hogweed (Heracleum sphondylium). Most people are OK with Hogweed, but some have an allergic reaction.

I'll be honest, in my opinion, there are better 'country crafts' project books out there.
