Not a bad afternoons work, pared all the timber down on the shave horse and got it prepped for cutting out later this week, all Birch & Willow, bar one bit of Ash

Those blanks are going to become someone’s cherished spoon. From the photo they look quite big blanks. Plenty of axe work to go yet.

Yup, lots of carving to go Wayne, the larger ones are around 20cm long the smaller one approx 15cm.
