Buck saw

I saw this style of buck saw on the woodlore website for £140, as cool as they are I wasn't going to pay that for one. So I have decided to make my own using the same design, this project has been on the list for far to long. So today was the day to get it done. Let me know what you think guys :)

Looking good :), made my first one for much the same reason, second one is a folding type so one has a blade for wet wood and the other for dry.
Getting it done in a day is pretty good too.:)

Thank you gentlemen, yes it was pine I used as it was all I had, I know it's a soft wood but it seemed to have worked perfectly
