I recommend Hugh Ffflywhtiingoaladfohstttnn's book Meat for anyone who eats commercial chicken.

Great book Lurch with loads of info as well as recipies. I agree with almost everything Hugh Jobberjobber (as he is known here) says.

It is Hugh Fernley-Whittingstall but that a bit of a mouth full so people just make it up as they go along.
