bow saw

i finished my home made bow saw today,john millington set me on the right path and heres what i came up with ,its made of oak and the blades 21inch. it can cut logs up to about 6inchs before having to turn them.it also folds down to carry.

You've done a nice finish on yours, what are you going to treat it with.

Mine had a real hard time up in Scotland there was this guy with us who just hates tools liked to leave them out in the rain under tension really abused the poor thing, but the saw came though well and it still cuts like a trooper
