Bow saw

Hi , When my son was making his knife , i started to make this bow saw while keeping an eye on him. It is made from beech and the handles folds over the blade when stored. It needs more work to finish it. cheers topknot.

Are you able to get enough tension in the blade, with the arms being that short...?

Lovely work there Topknot I would seriously consider protecting that design if I were you, it is a cracker and I for one would buy one in an instant were I to see it on a website
