Has anyone tried the boker mnagnum nordic,i like thelook of thebig chunky handle, but wouldnt mind knowing what the steel is like!!

Looks like a Mora, Should be a good reliable tool.

looks really good, I think. 440 stainless can be good when heat treated right, otherwise it's a bugger to sharpen and I don't know enough about Boker to comment on any of the build quality. Go for it though, it's cheap and will make for a nice review!

440C can be good when HT properly. This could be C....or A or B

Can't really comment on the knife, but that shop is a little gem. Friendly honest people too.
