I have put the pictures in my gallery of my wool creation.
I used my jerkin under my ventile smock this weekend just gone, while on a tracking course. The weather was horrendous with a lot of local flooding and as your are tracking you are right out there in the weather. I stayed dry and warm all weekend, taking it off only to sleep ( and then it got folded and used as a toasty warm pillow in my hammock).
I designed it for general use in the woods rather than just as warm kit, hence no sleeves, it gives greater freedom of movement when using an axe or using a bowdrill.
