Found some berries in the freezer in Feb, thought that as we hadn't eaten them over the winter might as well make some wine......
just opened a bottle as I recalled someone saying it didn't need keeping that long, and it utterly lovely !
Light, fresh, a mild blackberry taste, I am very pleased !
