How big are you?

Well I'm pretty new to this archery lark so I may have missed something, then again I do stand at 6'5"!

I measured with my arm out straight - hold a bow like, from the grip of my hand to my chin.

6'5" may well do it. :)

I'm 5'10 and draw 28 1/4". Just measured my thumb web to chin and it's 30" which seems kind of wierd.
My dad's 6'2" and draws 29".
One of my pals is also 6'2" and only draws 27". He just prefers a short draw. Anchors using the back of his thumb and it works well for him.

You're right though, think big. ;) You can find out when your tillering.
I tillered in a mirror and just kept drawing it to the weight I wanted and scraping away until it hit my anchor point. Not the safest method maybe but it went ok.
